So friendly. Nice quiet room. Nice meals. Lovely location on the lake. So peaceful.

A nice small and classic hotel in a nice location overlooking a lake that is close to town and the beach. The breakfast was excellent and the patio for drinks is lovely. Dinner was a bit overpriced for what it was but, all in, we would gladly return.

Hotel Bretagne is one of my favorite destination to stress out; good location, tasteful and relaxing atmosphere, exquisite menu and morning buffet. Service is impeccable.

The hotel is lovely. View from room of lake was absolutely breathtaking. Bed very comfortable, shower was fine.Sparkling clean.Room a bit small but great for the price and perfect for 1 or 2 nights for a couple. Restaurant food and service was exceptional.

Fantastisk positiv oplevelse i skønne omgivelser, flot istandsat hotel, betjent af meget søde, venlige og kompetente unge mennesker, såvel i receptionen som i restauranten. Ikke så meget at vælge mellem på menukortet, men til gengæld meget lækker og velsmagende. Morgenmaden ligeså.

Our family stayed one night Having booked two rooms. Overall an excellent stay with beautiful and comfortable rooms and a friendly staff. If anything, bathrooms are a little tight

A nice new hotel, good service. The style a little bit on the kitch side, but only a little bit. Rather quiet. Located on the edge of the centre, in walking distance from the harbour, on a lake. The views from the lake side rooms must be great. Excellent breakfast.

What a beautiful surprise, finding this hotel on the Coast near Louisiana. Wonderful food and superb service, dining on the deck overlooking the gardens as the sun set over the lake. A short walk to the beach and yacht marina made this a perfect end to our week in Denmark. Only wishing we could have stayed longer. Thank you to our hosts. Highly recommended!!! K&G Australia

Relaxing hotel near beach

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are beautifully renovated and very comfortable. It’s a short walk from local shops. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

A great way to see Hamlets Castle and make a day of it. I took the train after breakfast in Copenhagen. I spent the day at the castle and then took a 30 train to here. It’s newly and completely renovated and gorgeous. Service is great and the breakfast was first class.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel in typisch dänischem Hygge Style. Sehr zu empfehlen.
