All rooms are okay, the view is quite good, but the layout is uncomfortable, with the sink outside the bathroom.
The shower water isn't strong enough. Cleanliness is okay, and the TV doesn't work properly.

The service was really good. At first, I wanted to turn on the TV, but suddenly the TV wouldn't work. In the end, I was able to move to another room. It was really good.

For facilities such as wifi and TV, it's a bit complicated, you have to wait for engineering first, but it's okay for housekeeping and engineering services. The main menu is not very interesting because it only has rice, wedges, and chicken.

The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.
