We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a lasting impression—they were incredibly attentive, warm, and approachable, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their level of service truly elevated the entire experience. The facilities were spotless and very well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. It’s clear that cleanliness and guest satisfaction are top priorities here. The food was also a highlight—every meal was sumptuous, flavorful, and beautifully presented, adding even more enjoyment to our stay. Overall, I would give this place a solid 100/10. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food, and pristine accommodations. I would definitely stay here again!

I have spent my life working and living in 5 star hotels worldwide. The Copenhagen room is perhaps the most dynamic, as in the perfect Hollywood romance movie setting. i have ever experienced. From a custom 4 poster bed that could easily sleep 4, which sits viewing the Volcano sitting in the middle of the lake. Its a setting one would never forget. The staff is outstanding, extremely well trained, and truly dedicated to their guests needs. I didn't find a single staff member who i wouldn't have enjoyed calling a friend. The cuisine is truly fabulous, and prepared and served to perfection. The grounds groomed to perfection. The chance to have stayed here, is perhaps one of, if not the very best travel decisions i have ever made. Dont hesitate to stay here, you will never forget the experience.

A great place for family to escape the busy city and relax. I am grateful for all the staff members during our stay and welcoming us like family. I visited Nuuk with our family of 9 and had the best experience. I would like to thank Vince, Maica and Vincent for caring for our family. I hope they get the recognition and respect they deserve. This property is truly stunning. Situated in front of Taal Volcano , early mornings in Nuuk is breathtaking. The serenity of Nuuk makes this place so memorable. The staff provided excellent service, they were attentive to our needs that make our stay super comfortable. Let’s talk about the food ! If you are looking for Filipino fare this is not the place BUT if you are looking for dishes that will blow your taste buds away this is the place!! We will dream of the slow braised lamb shank, stuffed chicken wings, fish and the sticky glazed chicken for days to come. Go to Nuuk, you won’t regret it.

The space and everything around it is breathtaking. The staff and service was excellent. The only thing I would change is to stay longer because I didn't have enough time to enjoy it all

Very nice place with helpful staff. Well-maintained rooms. Food is a bit overpriced and serving time can take anywhere from 30-45mins at mealtimes if your group comes in 3rd onwards.

Very helpful staff and georgous setting with landscaped gardens. Internally decorated with care and attention to detail. About 90 minute drive from Manila's NAIA airport.

Awesome view and wonderful staff

This place is perfect. Relaxing and customer service is fantastic. Struggled with the food choices. Its not the best tasting and because its very secluded and there are no other restaurants in the area its really hard to find food choices. Basically lived on french fries as that is the only thing that interest me. But the facilities and how awesome this hotel surpasses the food problem we had. I would definitely go back to this hotel. Probably one of my favourite hotel.

It was a great and a very memorable 1 night stay as a gift from my Aunt La Sue & Tito Jun- a beautiful and superb villa loft room was reserved to us and an excellent service presented and lots of food too on our breakfast enjoying thè spectacular view of Taal Lake and its majestic volcano as it is very close to us thanks to a wonderful weather and very attentive and excellent staff.

Up close and personal view of the Taal Lake and Volcano. The facilities are well maintained and so clean. Staff are welcoming and courteous. If you want a private, intimate, and peaceful getaway, this is the best place to be. Only up to 39 guests can be at the hotel. Everything is picture perfect!
