This was a strange place. The location is great. Right in the center next to the shopping mall. The entire staff (all of them) were not friendly, but also no unfriendly. None of them seemed to have any professionalism how to interact with guests. They did their basic job, the minimum, and that was all. I felt like an inconvenience for them. The rooms appear very clean. However the maintenance is lacking, we had to change rooms at 11pm because the air conditioner was not cooling. We also had an additional different night there and again, the air conditioner in that new room was also not cooling. As I mentioned the rooms, look clean but the dishes in the kitchen had dried food on them. We were also awakened at night when a small cockroach was crawling on us in the bed. The be fair, we never saw another cockroach or bug the entire time. For the price, I think the value is good. The breakfast was very good. A diverse selection of everything and presented very well. A+ on the breakfast. But again, even the staff there at the breakfast was not friendly even when we said good morning to all of them, they barely responded and never made eye contact. There seems to be something about the entire staff just doing the minimum and all look unhappy.

Amenities in the room lacked. And pool dirty.

As expected. Nothing out of the ordinary. And great value.

Need better breakfast

Very poor breakfast food is cold, staff very nice room the sofa bed need cleaning and laudry is nice but machine is suck.

It's an unprepossessing property located in the "Centro" precinct of a mostly hardscrabble and unattractive city. Despite being in a noisy area that eventually calms down after 01:00 (except for the all-night party that roars 'til all hours atop a nearby high-rise apt. building), Life Residence is quite adequate. It's well-maintained. I had a suite that featured a double (queen?) bed, pull-out sofa, kitchenette, and balcony. For my purposes, it worked. LAUNDRY ROOM (basement): spaceous, spotless, comes with soap, even has a sitting area. Best hotel laundry room, ever! SPECIAL THANKS TO: Bruno (front desk). Every hotel should have someone who's possessed of his calmness and problem-solving skills. He's a pro. WHAT'S OUTSIDE THE DOORS: I'm a man who appreciates a good gay sauna. BH offers 3-4 within easy walking distance. For my money, Três Chic, a 15-minute walk from LR, is the best of the lot. I won't visit BH again, but I'm glad I gave it a shot.

Great property but i have 3 “negative” or should I say, constructive criticism to tell: 1- Dont charge for extra pillows (pillows are super soft and uncomfortable) 2- Blankets are super thin and needed a second one to keep myself warm. 3- the pool area is beautiful but the floor is very slippery when you get out of pool…i took a tumble myself, almost fell…and later I spoke to the manager about it. It could have been a really disaster and ruined my vacation.

We had a pleasant stay at Life Residence, had some issues but they were promptly resolved. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we were promptly moved to a different room. Tried to wash clothes in the laundry room but machines didn’t work properly we wasted a lot of time but again they promptly helped and paid for us to use a laudromat nearby. Bed was smaller than expected but confortable. Pool area was nice with a great view of the city. Location was the best , close to attractions and shopping area.

Plenty of food options nearby. Nothing extravagant. Bedding was fine.

Perfect location, helpful staff, felt very safe. Would stay here again !

It was an good experience

Ótimo lugar para ficar em BH, o café da manhã, simplesmente impecável. Quarto amplo, bem arejado e iluminado, achei maravilhoso.

1) o primeiro apartamento que nós forneceram não tinha BOX no banheiro, era para PCD. Para tomar banho todo banheiro inundava 2) o segundo apartamento tinha um cheiro terrível de esgoto. O ar-condicionado ficava ligado o tempo todo

Localização muito boa, perto de todos os lugares que planejamos ir, além de ter farmácias, comércios, lojas, praças e um shopping bem ao lado. Área do café é bem aconchegante e o banquete ótimo! Voltaremos assim que puder.

Hotel bien mais avec des informations pas correctes, spécialement les offres pour les clients VIP hotels.com. Ils proposent 80% sur nourriture et boissons mais il n’a pas de restaurant à l’hôtel donc l’offre n’est pas valide! Quand nous avons demandés à la réception ils ont rigolé car « c’était seulement pour attirer des clients sur internet ». Sinon hôtel correct avec petit déjeuner et propre.

Eu gosto dessa hospedagem! Tem excelente localização e no centro de bh é a melhor hospedagem que tem! Pessoal muito educado e prestativo. O café da manhã eu não sei como funciona por que nunca fecho a opção do café. Meu café da manhã é somente um cafezinho mesmo então não vale a pena.

O check-in é ótimo, pois a recepção é 24h. Os funcionários são bons, precisamos trocar de quarto devido a um problema no blindex no banheiro e o problema foi resolvido rapidamente. A limpeza é ótima, os quartos estão sempre limpos e a localização é privilegiada.O chuveiro é o grande destaque, nota 10. O hotel fica a menos de 10 minutos, a pé, do Mercado central, Mercado Novo, Feira Hippie.Diferente de cidades, como o Rio de Janeiro, o Centro de BH é bastante residencial e possibilita que vc ande de maneira mais segura ruas. Ao lado do hotel tem um shopping, que além de lojas, tem um supermercado, o que pode ser funcional, ja que os quartos contam com estrutura de fogão, microondas e geladeira. Como ponto negativo, fica uma observação quanto a cama, achamos pequena e a Tv Smart não é tão smart assim, uma marca chamada HQ, pra funcionar um pouco melhor, usamos um chromecast que levamos sempre pras viagens.

Tudo limpo, excelente localização.
