Narva Hotel, one of the very few hotels in Narva was a perfect place to spend the night. Very comfortable sleep and so close to the wonderful castle of Narva. Plus the Bicycle rental is also just walking distance. Their breakfast is amazing and they have such wonderful staff who made some of the best coffee we have had in Estonia. However, Narva is not a destination for tourists, it's for those who just want to soak in the culture of estonia with russian influence.

Beds, linen are very basic with low quality cheap mattress. In hallways and rooms, it smells very cheap deodorant. Room was large but very basic. Breakfast was ok, no much choice. It is really overpriced for the room low quality. I wont stay again at this hotel.

My room was perfectly adequate for a one night stay. The room was compact but had everything needed Staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was simple and close to the hotel (helpful considering the size of my suitcase!). The hotel bar had a good selection of beers on tap. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is a very short stroll from the main train and coach station. Check in was smooth and the reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was a good size and clean (although a little tired but the price was reflective of that I felt). The room was quiet and warm. I had some beers on from an Estonian brewery which were good. Didn’t eat an evening meal but had the breakfast which was average and in line with the price. The real highlight was the spa, the saunas were really good and I recommend including it in your room. Location was good for the station and exploring the city. I would stay again.

Two night stay. River promenade is very nice. The view of the two castles facing each other is impressive. Walked upstream to the hydroelectric spillway. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was strong and fast.

Good restaurant

The pillow was very thin, small and uncomfortable. The shower is without a tray, water spills over the whole bathroom floor so your walk on a wet floor if you want to use a toilet or a hand wash basin after the shower.

Aleksandra took great care in helping me out with any questions I had, and all staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Very convenient, close to the border control, but no air conditioning in the room, tv didn’t work

Выбрали этот отель из-за близости к переходу через границу. Старайтесь не брать номер с окнами на юг в летний период. С 06 утра солнце в окна: ярко и жарко, т.к. кондиционера нет. Завтрак отличный с 08 утра. В 9 . 30 к границе подходит первый автобус, поэтому завтракать надо быстро, чтобы не оказаться в огромной очереди. А так отличный вариант переночевать в Нарве за 60€ на двоих.

We had a great 4th floor suite with 2 bathrooms, a sauna, a couch, a love seat, a French balcony and a view of the river and both castles. Breakfast was fine, but not deluxe.

I had to check out very early, before the breakfast was ready and the packed one for me to take on the go (including coffee). Very nice people!

Have a good night sleep. Will be back again.
