The bathroom was poorly maintained, the sink was broken, and water leaked into the room, making the floor wet and slippery. Overall cleanliness was also very poor. Most disappointingly, I didn't get the view I expected. The view from my room was actually blocked by a wall, a stark contrast to my expectations when booking. For the price I paid, the room conditions were not commensurate with the facilities provided. I hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness, improves the facilities, and provides appropriate room information to prevent other guests from experiencing the same disappointment.

The road is not good, the hotel facilities are very inadequate, there are only 2 towels for five people, the mattress springs are already coming out and you can feel it on your body, there was a power outage, there is no generator and the cellular network is dead, there is already a heater for the shower.

The villa did not match the one I ordered because the unit was already occupied, and the building itself was very different. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Don't be like me coming from Jogja, following Google Maps and getting lost to the top of the highest hill.. top, top, top, luckily I met a kind person who told me to turn back, because that road is prone to accidents, the road is extremely uphill 70-90 degrees, the road has sharp bends. The location is difficult to access. From the beginning, I asked to share the location but it was not given. When I saw it on Google Maps, the location name was different from the photo on Traveloka, I was suspicious. So I asked to share the location, but it was not given. It turned out to be very complicated to ask for access there, I had to ask for a VC first which ended up getting lost because I was given the wrong directions. When I arrived, it turned out that the room with a lake view had not been tidied up even though it was already 13.30

Access to get to the cabin is difficult because the map directs us to enter a village area with narrow roads. There are no directions, even residents who were asked directed us to the wrong inn. The cabin is very cold, there is no heater. We had difficulty sleeping in a temperature of 12C. Meanwhile, when I wanted to borrow a knife from the guard's house, their room had a heating stove. Our cabin was Cabin 2 on the far edge, near the parking lot and the land used as a trash can... where the trash was scattered and smelled. Moreover, at that time there were guests who ate durian. The only food that could be ordered was quite good, fried catfish and fried chicken in the cold temperature were very helpful.

There are traces of people's hair in the drainage. The hot water doesn't turn on though. The temperature there is 10 degrees and I have a baby with me! The facilities are really not provided: No towels (I asked the staff only to give 3) No amenities (I asked only to give 1) No coffee and tea (not given) No cooking utensils (only given just a frying pan) Just installed gallon water when I arrived at the room. The cabin said they wanted to compensate but there was no follow-up until I checked out. For apps! I'm a hospitality person, and before I choose a place to stay, I always read reviews. I clicked. Only 1 review appeared and it was a good review. I feel really cheated, I often use the application for hotels but, SEE? This time I was disappointed using the app. Very different from the description in the application.

I book for 3 room, the picture there give another cabin in another location, I have to go around from one location to another location for 1.5 hour, and finally available only 2 cabin and it was far below expectation as shown in picture, dirty, bad location, I can say it … full of shit cabin! It 's no reflect the price and what you get, and the guys in charge there is scamer.

Same as other reviews, waiters are slow to respond, even calls/WA are not answered, facilities are bad & dirty, hot water doesn't work either, don't be fooled by the videos & photos available, they don't match expectations.

For whatever reason, the photo and the original are different. Only had time to take a photo of the sink when I entered. Wet Everywhere. The toilet was dirty when you entered, there were marks from people's chapters. And there are some mice. Honestly, the first time we entered the floor was really wet. When complaining, the person who cleaned it forgot to clean it during the day. The road is very difficult. He said it was under construction. Until I paid a motorbike taxi driver to show me the way to the villa. Because the map doesn't match either. If you want to come here, make sure the person looking after the villa has cleaned it and chat to guide you on the way. Hopefully the future will be better. But for me this is the first and last. Because the owner didn't respond quickly when we informed about the condition of the room when we entered. Oh, one more thing, the water heater is dead, it takes time to tidy it up when you get there. So it's a lot cold. And to enter the villa because you have entered the Sikunir Sunrise area you have to pay another 15,000/person. Sorry for the review, honestly, it's a shame for the next stay, maybe you're tired of going to sleep but you have to do a lot of this and that. Hopefully the future will be cleaner. I checked in at 8 pm and checked out at 5 am.
