The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The elevator was broken when I stayed, and my room was on the third floor, so I had to work a lot of energy climbing up and down the stairs.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, with easy early check-in and quick check-out, a soft bed, and friendly service. The only downsides are the air conditioning isn't very cool and there's no elevator. Otherwise, it's fine. I enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.

The room is nice but there is no lift.

It was a good experience, good location, a safe place to stay. I stayed for almost a week. The aircon was alright. The room was alright. But there was no lift, just stairs. Overall, it was good.

This is lacking a TV + the Wi-Fi signal is not good. If you are just transiting, this hotel can be an option because it is cheap.

I stayed 2 nights in the Famil room on the 3rd floor. The room is very spacious, there is a kettle, glasses and spoons... but sugar, tea and coffee are not provided, in the bathroom the soap is not refilled, shampoo is not provided, only toothbrushes... the sheets, blankets and towels seem not to have been changed... but it's quite comfortable to sleep, not noisy, the staff is also friendly, close to the airport, there is an airport shuttle service... thank you Kembang Joyo hotel🙏

The hotel is nice, close to the airport, but unfortunately the facilities are not well maintained, the shower doesn't work, and when I checked in I was given a dirty room.
