The bathroom smelled and looked old, and it looked like it needed some updating. The staff in charge in the morning was less than welcoming when checking out. If you work in hospitality, you should be more cheerful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. And the problem with the shower not turning on was quickly resolved.

Okay. A comfortable place to stay with family.

Actually the location is strategic, but there are several things that make me give a bad rating. 1. There is no Wi-Fi access, all floors are detected by Wi-Fi. But all have no connection, when I called the staff did not provide a solution, just said "yes, there is no Wi-Fi sir". 2. The toilet is not clean in my opinion. 3. The TV does not have any television channels. I don't know what the antenna is or what. 4. Breakfast, I thought breakfast would be on the ground floor near the lobby there is a food place like that. When I called asked what time breakfast was, the answer was 8. And it turned out that breakfast was delivered to the room wrapped like buying porridge on the roadside. 😆 Thank you. Hopefully it will be material for evaluation of the hotel.

The price and quality are appropriate... Satisfied.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, the atmosphere was calm, the room was spacious, the parking area was large and the staff were friendly.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Perfect for a staycation if you're on holiday in Medan.

Nice hotel room, comfortable, location close to shopping, easy to reach, spacious parking.

Everything is safe and comfortable, minus the hot water.

There are no staff/officers serving from entering to the room even in the front office room, because the officers are sitting in other places, the shower water is off and must go down from the 8th floor to the receptionist, the telephone is broken. Breakfast is not open restaurant and can not ask for additional drinking water and no coffee 👎👎👎

Not clean and not well maintained

The facilities have never been maintained, many of the room facilities are damaged, the price does not match the facilities available.

I enjoyed my stay at Raz Hotel & Convention. The price reflects the facilities and services provided. Everything is acceptable; while not impressive, it remains enjoyable.

The water is a bit cloudy at the beginning of the stay.

The bathroom floor should not be stagnant, as if there is a blockage.

First day of stay. The bathroom was clogged. Second day of stay the water didn't turn on, once it turned on the bathroom was clogged again. Dirty. Unfriendly staff.

The hot water was not on, the water in the sink was not running, it was just dripping, the drain in the bathroom was full and there was a lot of hair. There were no tissues.

Service, cleanliness and tidiness still need to be considered.

Floor forgot to mop lots of water l no toothbrush slippers. The food is pretty good. The building is not tidied up.

Air kamar mandi tidak lancar dan berwarna kekuningan. Memang saat check in resepsionis memberitahukan bahwa ada kerusakan di sistem air kamar mandi namun sudah diperbaiki. Yang lain-lain sudah bagus, cuma air ini saja bermasalah. Saya berharap hotel dapat membenahi sistem air ini agar hotel ini dapat jaya kembali.

Book a room at Raz Hotel for 275 thousand but switch to oyo raz Residen which costs 180 thousand with the excuse that the water is off. If the water is off, why not open the availability of rooms. This is the same as fraud. Forced to sleep in a small room, the bathroom lights are off, the room smells, the AC is leaking, the sheets are dirty and smelly plus lots of cockroaches. Worse, when we passed by Raz Hotel again in the morning, the hotel was full. Is it because we booked online, so we can move it at will because we didn't book directly? And forced to accept because there is no refund? Very disappointed with Raz Hotel.
