Amazing well put together

We didn’t get any information about what services available in the hotel when we checked in… , front disk girl was not professional in loudly saying .. sir your card was declined… and she was mistaken.. she charged my cards twice.. and they had to refund me.. a gentleman in the front disk was awesome and went the extra mile to help me finding my phone I lost in the taxi Overall the front disk manager was nice and apologetic We loved the hotel .. overall and we will come back

Located in a fun area, the hotel is both boutique and trendy. Please make sure to visit the roof top bar!! The staff were fantastic. Thank you

Great stay, staff were so warm and welcoming especially with our 8 year old son who offered himself up for working in the Flute bar 😂! Food in Flute and breakfast really stood out and will definitely return!!

Amazing location, and every little detail was thought of. Quality of room was very good, and the turn down service was the best we’ve had everywhere, very thoughtful with everything in the right place for when we returned later that evening. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Had a wonderful stay with my wife. it was great to stay in the heart of Soho in such a beautiful place.

The hotel has such an eclectic vibe — every detail feels unique and thoughtfully designed. The interior decor is gorgeous, with a perfect mix of modern touches and creative style. Everywhere you look, there’s something cool to notice. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help and just genuinely nice people, which made the whole experience even better. The amenities are a solid 10/10 — everything felt high-end and well taken care of, which made the stay extra comfortable. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

Best hotel in Soho!

Awesome stay at the Broadwick. First time and will def be back. The design details are stellar. Evident that much thought was put into this property. Staff was great, especially the house keeping.

The hotel is just gorgeous. Very much a "more is more" approach to deco, but in a lovely way. The room was very comfortable and house keeping was a standout. The hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood with tons of restaurant/cafe options. It's also close to great shopping areas such as Carnaby Street and Regent Street. If you're into theatre/musical, most theatres are within walking distance. We would stay at Broadwick Soho again without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel but disappointing service with additional service fees added to the bill despite disappointing the experience whilst staying at the hotel.
