The staffs were very friendly and accommodating, giving fast responses and efficiently assisting customers during the stay.

Resort is the best, but adult swimming pool closed.

interesting location but unfortunately the environment is not well maintained. there is deer defense. good for children's attraction.

The pool is beautiful. The view of the beach is also comfortable. But the room is scary. Only our little family lived in the same building. Afraid.

The aircond in room 2008 is not cold. Smelly comforter and pillow.

Took quite a long time to check in, more than half an hour. The front desk officer was not really friendly and hardly smile, probably because of the hectic situation since I went there during Lunar New Year school holidays. Requested earlier for twin bed, but only double bed available during check in. Quite a lot of mosquitoes at the hotel lobby and in our room (since we got ground floor room). Btw, I really want to compliment the ground floor housekeeping for their excellent work. The room was super clean during our first check in. On the next day, requested the housekeeping to make up our room during our day outing. When we're back, the room was impressively clean, thumbs up to the housekeeping =) The swimming pool was great compared to other hotels in Kuah, our kids enjoyed to the max. The beach was only walking distance from the pool. The food from room service were good and at reasonable price. But the breakfast buffet was low than our expectation. There were only small choices of food and the taste is not as good as the room service food. Strategic location, near to Kuah town.

The room was so hot. Bathroom was smelly. Service was very bad. Requested extra pillow and need to follow up few time and got nearly 10pm

Hotels are sunny, but room conditions are poorly lit.

Value for money. Very satisfying.

1. Check in - Best. I'm checking in slowly. I call the hotel and they save the room I booked. Thank you. 2. Room - 2x queen beds. The room is spacious and looks new because I had a good time. It's just a stained water bath. Please fix it ok. Others are satisfied. 3. Breakfast - ok. It's reasonable and reasonable at a reasonable price. 4. Around beautiful hotel, by the sea. 5. Swimming pool ok. There's a mini water park. It's perfect for family.

The toilet lights are dim & airconds are not cool.

Pros : big family room and wide beds. Clean pool with great slides. My kids love it. Cons : old resort I guess. Dirty sheets really put me off. The bathroom is so lousy. Like old apartment bathroom. Needless to say the small lift, at a time I saw 6 men cramped inside the lift (the limit stated at the lift as 5 persons max at a time).

Hotel was cozy & convenient for family stay. Swimming pool equipped with kids play-slide. Room & toilet is clean.

I like the water park de baron, but i dont like the same breakfast, n room x looks outside, overall my 2 star.

Value for money. Staff willing to help as I forgot to claim my deposits and need to rush to the airport.

The room was assigned on who arrives first. The moment I reached which is around 5pm, I was given a room at the very end (its like an unwanted room). The room is not clean. Strong smell of cigarettes. Can fell sands on the floor. No towel and hanger. It is really like a spare room. I won't return to De Baron anymore.

Satisfactory, the pool for children is excellent.

But need to upgrade the toilet door and some aircond

Mattress in the room please replace the new one. 2 nights are forced to stay hard to cause pain. If I continue I do not feel like going to this hotel again.
