The hotel is new, very nice, clean, and has stunning views from the rooms. Access to the ski area from the hotel is very convenient.

Hotel was very nice, with calming ambiance. Really nice restaurant with a view to the lifts and mountain. Very useful ski lockers on the first floor for easy in and out access. Prices in restaurant are very reasonable. Good breakfast buffet and a nice menu options for lunch and dinner. Improvements needed in the restaurant service (especially during dinner service); On certain occasion staff seems a little awkward and slow, but despite that they’re always very helpful.

The hotel is very nice, the service was top notch, the room is spacious, and clean.

Nikko Hanazono has a good location with a superb view from the room looking at the ski slope. The minus things are sometimes you have to wait for the lift a long time, and the breakfast could be better. The selection of the foods for breakfast is not as good as Hilton Niseko.
