Hotel staffs were friendly and approachable. Nice and peaceful environment.

Very enjoyable. Everything is good.

Didn't expect that the room is quite spacious and it has its own car garage on their rooms. I came late at night and the check-in process was smooth and their staff also very helpful. If I weren't here for transit I might stay at least for 2 nights. Love it.

Came with 2 family members. My mum and brother. Love the room. We tried food from room service menu. Nasi goreng. It was good. Thank you. Breakfast was satisfactory for people who dont expect a wide array of dishes. For us, it was good enough. The hotel was undergoing some renovation work. I hope the management would consider making the hotel more friendly for guests with wheelchair. There is no ramp to ease movement to the rooms. There are only little stairs. Please put a ramp at the end of the corridors in front of rooms. Or anywhere suitable. That would be nicer.

Near to the airport. They provide free shuttle bus to pick you up from the airport to the hotel. The room is also spacious.

Exceeding my expectations! I thought it 's gonna be like a typical airport hotel. But Ibis Styles has definitely impressed me haha.

Oh my God! Definitely will go back at least a day before my flights next time I visit Kuala Lumpur! The room was super cool, the service was excellent, they even provide free shuttle bus to the airport. I do really recommend for the one who might arriving late night in Kuala Lumpur airport or maybe will departure early morning to stay in this hotel. I personally will go back for sure! ❤.

Unfortunately I missed the breakfast cause I woke up late. Only stay there for one night, However it was wonderful and the staff is amazing! Thank you!

Great hotel for transit, near to KLIA. Shuttle buss available from 6am, 9am, ETC. Free massage for 10minutes for gift make me so happy 😁.
