Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great coffee shop on main floor.

Benikea was in a good location! Still walkable to the downtown area. Room was clean and spacious, with a large bathtub and great views out the window. The bed is the firmer Korean style, but I like that more than the soft western beds. Breakfast buffet is extremely nice and worth it for a slow relaxing morning. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. :)

Very good hotel in this area. It is way cheaper than expected.

The downstairs lobby was beautiful, but you feel like there was a bait and switch when you get upstairs to your room. The smell was so bad until you opened the window and aired your room. The room was small and made me think it was a remodeled motel. The beds were clean along with the bathroom. Unfortunately I didn’t get to sleep much because it was like sleeping on boards. It was great as a break, but I wouldn’t live in the hotel.

가성비 호캉스로 가기 좋네요. 조식이 다양하고 맛있다고하여 기대했는데 개인적으로는 그냥그랬습니다

체크인할때 직원분이 통화중이었는데 양해도안구하고 눈길도안주고 세워두더군요..점점화가날쯤에 다른직원이 뛰어와서 체크인해주셨는데 좀 당황스럽더군요 시설은깨끗하고 다좋았는데 Tv가 ㅎㅎㅎ엄청작은데 놀랬습니다 Tv사이즈는 진지하게 생각해보시는게 어떠신지.. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

객실 관리가 미흡함. 청소 및 환기가 제대로 되어 있지 않아 먼지 냄새가 꽤 심하고, 욕실 수압이 안 좋아 샤워하기 상당히 불편했음.

기대 이상으로 좋았습니다 특히 조식이 훌륭했습니다 아이와 동반하였는데 키즈까페도 있어서 좋았습니다

숙소는 청결했지만, 쿰쿰한 냄새가 나서 좀 실망했습니다.

호텔의 위치에 비교해서 가격이 비싸다 차라리 바다가로 나가서 자는 것이 좋을 듯하다 서산이라는 곳은 좋았다

다좋은데 암막커튼이아니라는점 ..정문쪽창가가있는 객실에서 숙박했는데 커튼을 다 닫아도 눈부셔서 잠을잘수가없네요. 베개는 너무높구요. 방음은잘되는편입니다.조식은 매우훌륭합니다.대신 카페라떼나 카푸치노가없이 아메리카노만 가능하더라구요.주차공간이 많아서좋지만 주말에는 웨딩행사차량들로 복잡할것같네요. 그래도 별5개드리고싶은 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

서산에서 가장 현대적인 호텔. 서산 인근 숙박에 강추 !!!
