The room is comfortable, cheap and cheerful.

Cleanliness is very poor, there are centipedes and cockroaches in the bathroom.

Kebersihan sangat kurang, kamar mandi ada lipan dan kecoa.

There is no TV in the room, the bathroom door is broken, the AC is not cold enough. Please improve the service.
