There was no soap or shampoo, the room rent was almost 400 thousand rupiah per night, but there wasn't even 3000 rupiah soap or 500 rupiah shampoo sachets provided, the reason being Eid. The receptionist should have offered a solution or just bought it at a shop, it wasn't even 5000 rupiah. We came all the way from out of the province, wanted to take a shower and rest, but instead we were tricked into having to find a shop first to buy soap and shampoo. The shower water was small, it seemed like the water tank wasn't filled. Just be patient when showering. It was only filled by a truck at night with water. There was no AC, even though it was cold in Liwa, but the lack of ventilation made the room stuffy. There was no breakfast. The prayer robes were small for children, not for adult women. It was noisy because it was connected to a cafe, with live music until late at night. It's called Sharia.

The hotel is still under construction, but it is quite suitable for receiving guests. The rooms do not have AC, perhaps because the weather in Liwa is cold, but the fan cannot be used. Other facilities in the room are quite good, perhaps additional soap and other toiletries are needed. And for the staff, they must pay attention again to prioritizing guest comfort, because we felt disturbed before 5 am they were already noisy cleaning and chatting loudly. For breakfast, we got popmie as a substitute, because the cook was still going home.
