The visit at Hamanasu was one of the highlights of my entire trip to Japan. From the minute I arrived I knew it was going to be different and better than all the other hotels I had previously stayed with. This was like entering a family. It was the most traditional experience I had. The first minute it was clear that my boots were not going to be of much use. I was treated with enormous respect and kindness. It was easy to return the same. The food was exceptionally good, served promptly, and presented beautifully. Highly recommend this establishment!
