I usually book a room for my parents at this hotel because it is convenient for traveling, but today was a terrible experience. Booked a room on traveloka and paid in full, booked to check in on 7/8 and check out on 7/9. My parents had something to do so they arrived at 6pm, but when they arrived, they said the hotel was full while I had paid and booked in advance Contacted the manager and received a challenge: do whatever you want I am really disappointed with such behavior. Not even an apology. So if you want to book here, you should think again

The service staff is terrible. When I asked for help with the bathroom, they video called and laughed out loud. I don't understand what kind of way of handling this is.
