뷰가 좋고 주차가 원활하고 주위 먹을곳이 많음. 이제 서비스도 제대로 돌아가는듯함. 다만 엘리베이터가 작고 층수에 비해 몇대없어 이용이 매우 어려움

The view was terrible. I booked a room with a sea view, but I received a room with a partial sea view. I will never visit this hotel again.

The room has a beautiful ocean view and it is spacious. The staff was kind and tried to meet my need at check in time.

We were not able to check in even though we arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, we had to wait about an hour. It was rather frustrating since our room was a family suit, one of the largest one in the hotel. Cleaning service was neither good. I had to request a re cleaning.

대포항이 가깝긴하나 호텔내에. 식당이 좀더있음 좋겠고 조식 뷔페가 가격대비 메뉴가좀 아쉽네요 하지만 뷰는 최고네요

일단 신상 숙소라 전반적으로 시설이 세련되고 깔끔한 느낌이었습니다. 관리가 잘 된 느낌이에요. 무엇보다 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 서비스 마인드가 훌륭하셨습니다. 대단히 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 다만, 투숙객에 비해 체크인 담당 인력이 다소 부족해 대기 시간이 길었다는 아쉬움은 남습니다. 3시에 딱 맞춰 도착했는데 1시간 정도 기다렸네요.
