It turns out that Ubu is an agency that manages several private villas. The owner, Ubu Padis, was very welcoming and friendly. We also provided a welcome drink and created a comfortable stay for our guests. However, some areas, like the toilets, still had a yellowish tint, which made me wonder. Some areas were dirty, like the kitchen area, as it's semi-outdoor. Otherwise, it was safe. However, on my second day of stay, the electricity went out several times from PLN, making it a bit difficult to shower. And when the power came back on, a cable caught fire, and smoke and a burning smell came from the roof. It was really scary. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. So, I didn't stay for the second night, even though I had already booked two nights. Ubu Villa, as an agency, should also be more responsive when customers ask questions via WhatsApp, because so far there has been no response.

Staying at this villa is the right choice to escape from the city area.
