Honestly, there is no positive impression whatsoever from this hotel. 1. The entrance to the hotel is very far and minimal lighting. 2. The staff was not friendly at check-in. 3. The atmosphere is horrible, it's a shame that such a large area has no adequate lighting. 4. Dirty! Everything is dirty, the mattress, the bathroom are all dirty and dusty, I'm not sure the sheets were changed. 5. The phone in the room doesn't work. 6. I arrived at 10:30 PM and the parking lot was empty, the room request was full. Okay, no problem, but the onity room access was not possible and the room was immediately changed. So is there or not? Is it true that those who can't access the room key are changed? Hopefully my assessment will be input for this hotel. I see that it needs a lot of improvements and proper management. The hotel bathroom was extremely dirty, the water smelled fishy, and the bed was also dirty. The drawers were also dirty, and there were still tissues left. The advertised room was very different from the actual room.

But unfortunately, because it's quiet, some facilities are not well maintained: the children's playground, bathrooms, and the swimming pool. But as for the bathroom, as long as you contact the receptionist if there are any problems, it's actually safe and under control. However, the cleanliness issue in the bathroom could actually be resolved by the staff checking it again before guests enter. Otherwise, it's okay, especially for those looking for comfortable accommodation near a big mall.

The view is insanely cool from the top, you can really see the view of SMD. The room is spacious, I took a twin bed. The staff is friendly, the security is quick to help with our luggage. The facilities are really good, the AC is really cold, there is a refrigerator, the TV is also big, the WiFi is fast. The lack of access is a bit scary, the incline is really really high, it's also dark at night. Yesterday the shower floor was slippery and yellow. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

The water heater is broken, the bathroom floor is slippery and cannot be cleaned, the door handle is broken, the elevator is broken & if you want to go to the lobby you have to go up the 2nd floor using the stairs, access to the hotel is not very clean.
