Very safe area next to the train station with easy public transport connections to the city center and airport. Excellent, clean, and comfortable rooms, everything is in great condition. Breakfast was very varied and service from the whole team at the breakfast and at the hotel was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was newly renovated so everything was fairly new. The room and hallway smelled fantastic. The front desk staff were amazing and super friendly. They’re also very accommodating. It was an amazing experience.

Location is great. There is a bus right at front of the building. Easy to get to downtown. Also the metro station is not far. Hotel room is well insulated and clean.

The staff was staff was condescending and rude. And when I called them out the gaslit me. I speak 3 languages and understand 5, french happens not to be one. I understand in France french is spoken but you can try. The front desk jerk even laughed at me in front of my children. When I called him out more gaslighting. I was able to teach my children how not to behave and will use this experience to help train my 1,200 employees in the US on empathetic ways to work with customers.
