Loved staying here, very convenient as it is right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay, would definitely recommend and if I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Jack at the front desk put my mind at ease. Traveling alone in a foreign country/language can be rough but he was happy and friendly. Great location and accessible to everything Lyon has to offer. Train station pretty much in the same building. Lyon is a beautiful City. Don’t try to park a car though.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Location of the hotel is very convenient being right Next to the Lyon Art-Dieu Station.

My first time at Pullman. The hotel is exquisitely decorated, pristine, the staff is beyond welcoming. It’s would stay here every time.

Really nice modern hotel right near the station. Our only complaint was a rancid smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. A real shame because it was a lovely stay otherwise.

AC struggled a bit during heat wave but otherwise greatly enjoyed hotel and the location could not be more convenient for train and metro!

Beautiful hotel very good location right beside the train station and a huge mall with lots of great restaurants and stores. Very helpful staff who were so accommodating and understanding. I'm very grateful to have stayed at this hotel!

Best breakfast buffet we've ever had. Nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay. If your driving though finding the parking structure is very confusing. And you cant pull up in front of the hotel to unload. Good location if your taking the train. Station is right next door

Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel autour de minuit pour le check in après un long voyage en voiture avec ma famille. Aussitôt arrivé, l'accès à l'hôtel était fermé. J'ai appelé la réception sur le haut-parleur qui était à l'extérieur, les 2 agents qui étaient à la réception ont refusé de m'ouvrir la porte principale de l'hôtel. En dépit du fait que j'avais la famille avec moi dehors en attente, et le fait que je leur avais informé que je venais d'arriver pour faire le check in, ils ont refusé de me donner accès, me demandant tout d'abord mon nom que je devais communiquer de l'extérieur sur haut-parleur. C'est une expérience horrible que je n'ai jamais vécu dans n'importe quel hôtel. Ce n'est pas du bon service à la clientèle. Pullman Lyon peut faire mieux pour valoriser ses clients.
