The room did not have a dust bin. The chair was small and uncomfortable the bed was extremly uncomfortable, there was no cabinet and only a few hangers could not find a place to keep my underwear and shirt etc. so i had to leave them in the suitcase, the breakfast was ok, not good for the price they charged. The hotel is over priced

The staff was amazing, once I checked in the young lady welcomed me and gave me great recommendations of what to go see during my stay. She was exceptional, extremely courteous and very Friendly. The room was always spotless when I asked for it to be cleaned. Food was great, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and I know they’d be my first choice when I go back for an other trip. I highly recommend anyone traveling to stay here many towns they can explore all around and fairly close in proximity to everything if you’d want to sight see.

Sadly the eggs were often cold. Bread options we’re often limited.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Although does not have the best transport options it still a good base for a short stay in Barcelona.

Very abundant mall close to the hotel, hotel cleanliness and overall facilities very satisfactory breakfast with lots of variety and very delicious!

It was a pleasant stay comfortable bed clean hotel nice staff. However there is no mention that there is construction going on which can be noisy.

Very comfortable close to city and very close to the airport.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. El personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la bañera y lo resolvieron super rápido. Especial mención en el restaurante al señor Agustín.

Check in was excellent. Room was as it should be comfortable. Dining room service was a little chaotic with wrong meals being served. Didn’t get a breakfast as it was though I was invisible. Served others and then went to check people in. Was down for breakfast at 6:30am because I had a busy schedule.

They loaned me an umbrella as it suddenly started to rain. They never came out to see an issue i had with the small safe in the room. The cleaning staff didn't vacuum the room throroughly. Very clean property. Breakfast buffet was adequate.
