The staff were excellent. Spoke to the girls at the bar and they went out of their way to help. Top service, well done.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Heather and her team couldn’t do enough for us; Nothing was a problem. Clean modern large suite. Great kitchen. Roomy bedrooms. Pleasantly surprised we had a very handy laundry within the unit. TV in each bedroom. Good AC. Plenty of towels and crisp bedlinen. Gave us a little bit of additional time to check out as my Dad has Parkinson’s and is slow to move in the mornings. Great location. Great price. 2nd time we have stayed here. Best kept secret in Mackay. Will be back!

Heathers communication was great especially Friday being a public holiday, great instructions on how to get the key. Room great and clean, beds comfortable as well

It was wonderful to find a great value pub Accom in the middle of Mackay. Excellent value for money and also great food as well.

As a retiree one has to be careful and watch the pennies, this hotel ticks all the accomodation boxes with no compromise ..

Would not recomend this hotel , no lights on entrance stairs, 2 lights in room not working, staff very rude when I required about my security deposit re enburstment, cheep and nasty, plenty better places to stay for a little more money.
