My body itches from sleeping here... I don't know why. There are lots of small insects in the downstairs bathroom. The air conditioning in the room isn't cold.

Honestly, the receptionist was really annoying on my first day of stay! This isn't a star hotel, but I think it's too strict! I often check in at 5-star hotels with full facilities, but not like this! But after my second check-in and so on, the receptionist wasn't annoying anymore! And it's become my favorite hotel! Hopefully they keep improving! There must always be rules, just reflect on 5-star hotels first so that the guest feels safe and comfortable!

the hotel staff is quite friendly but the facilities are terrible the AC is dead and they keep saying it but no response as a result the bed is hot and the next room is noisy at night there is noise and there is no soap and shampoo, you have to bring it drinks like coffee and tea are also not available hot water there is none for brushing your teeth there is no place to put water and how do you get the water 😒
