The service was less than satisfactory, requiring multiple confirmations before being contacted. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. If a refund isn't possible, that's fine, but don't mention checking to see if the room is available.

My first time visiting Bromo... I shouldn't have booked a room through an app, just go directly to the innkeeper. Highly recommended.
