There are no towels, mineral water, doormats, tissues and it is not clean, not neat, far from smelly, taxis cost 20 sar and the name of the hotel is not in front, so it is confusing to find.

While staying here, the hotel is a bit far from the Haram Nabawi. Taking a taxi costs 10 riyals to the Haram and 30 riyals back. It's not suitable for Umrah. Drinking water is also not provided, and cleanliness is quite poor.
