It was okay to stay overnight. The bathroom smelled a bit awful at night because of the sewage. The table and microwave weren't cleaned thoroughly and felt a bit greasy.

The location is hard to find; taxis are reluctant to pick you up because the alley is narrow, and if you're not careful, you could easily end up near a pile of graves. The room is decorated quite nicely and is spacious. There's no reception desk, and check-in is automatic, but the key fob was stuck, so it took a while to get the key. The most annoying thing is that the toilet is on the first floor, while the rooms are on the third or fourth floor. It's extremely inconvenient to have to climb down every time you need to use the toilet or shower.

You guys come and call the phone number posted in front of the door, the receptionist will open the door and guide you how to get the room key. The room is clean, fragrant, has a projector for Netflix & chilling, but I'm on a business trip alone, the homestay is also empty so I'm a bit scared. A group of friends renting to stay overnight is ok.
