The room is not soundproof, so the sound from the next room is quite disturbing.

Stayed in room 3... My husband arrived first. He was told to see the room for himself: 1. Lots of mosquitoes, super lots of mosquitoes. 2. The AC remote was out of batteries (we turned on the AC using a Xiaomi remote). 3. There was very little soap/shampoo when we arrived. 4. Toothbrush, 2 soaps, 1 toothpaste. 5. The towels were "probably" new, maybe because they didn't have the usual laundry smell, just a bit stiff and dry, which we assumed was new. 6. The front desk was neither very friendly nor rude. The service was just standard. They were busy using their phones when asking for help with access to the elevator. Oh dear! It's a real shame because the decor and interior are nice, and the restrooms are nice too. If the facilities were seriously managed, they could be great and become a mainstay for staycationers. Hopefully, this will provide input for hotel operations.

I've stayed here several times and it's always been satisfactory, but the one time I tried a superior room, I got one on the bottom floor, and it wasn't as nice as the ones on the first or second floor. It was a bit unsatisfying for the price. The walls were stained, the soap was out, and the sounds of renovations were clearly audible.

The hotel's strategic location in Kedoya, West Jakarta, makes it a prime choice for accommodation due to its proximity to my in-laws and easy access to everything.

I don't know why the pillows smell, and the sheets are smelly and dirty, as if they haven't been washed after use. It's really disappointing.

The facilities are lacking. The air conditioning is hot, there are lots of spiders, and the rooms seem rarely cleaned. The location is good, as it's close to Alfamidi and a busy food court.

A comfortable and reliable hotel in Kedoya, West Jakarta. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that it doesn't offer meals.

This time staying for the umpteenth time, the first time it smelled of urine and a damp aroma that time on the G floor, the second time in the same room as this time, it was getting better than the first experience, but this is still the worst regarding cleanliness, the floor was never mopped at least swept like that? Because there were no hotel slippers so we didn't wear slippers in the room, our feet were really dirty until they were black, and when the blanket was opened at the bottom of our feet it was really dirty there were several small strands of hair and chili seeds, so it was certain that this blanket sheet hadn't been changed, because we hadn't had time to eat anything, and hadn't used the blanket, so our feet hadn't entered the bottom blanket, please pay attention again and immediately review the cleanliness improvements.

The room is clean, but only in the toilet. Please be more careful about the cleanliness of the toilet.

It's better than the first time I stayed, no pee and the bathroom wasn't broken, next time I hope I can get a more satisfying room.

Clean room, cool room, friendly staff

Wi-Fi is poor. There's no kettle/dispenser, making it difficult to get coffee. There's no refrigerator. There's no smoking room/smoking area, so you have to leave the lobby.
