We loved everything about the area and hotel! Such a wonderful experience.

Gorgeous hotel with an incredible view. We sat on the porch every night taking in the mountains. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and free. The staff was incredibly helpful on recommendations, dinner, bookings, and providing extras like converters.

The sheets were dirty when I complained to management he didn’t seem to believe me so I had to leave in the middle of my lunch meal and walk upstairs to show him because the cleaning crew said that they never saw anything in the bed so I had appointed out to them which was a huge streak of Brown dirt or something in the bed once I pointed it out it was very obvious I still got no apology from the manager and he was quite rude to me I asked him for a discount on my first night stay there all that he offered me was a free breakfast and he was rude the lady at the front desk was also rude to me and not helpful when I asked for questions. The hotel is nice but all the staff were rude and not helpful. I am disabled and they were not offering to help

Murren was loveliest swiss village with the most incredible views of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau mountains. Lots to do nearby and easy transportation to/from everything in the region. This hotel is designed in very good taste, food is outstanding, staff friendly and the room was great. You can’t go wrong here. We stayed in a Senior Suite with our 2 children (2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus living area).

This was a lovely place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious. The views were unbelievably beautiful. And we particularly enjoyed the sauna and wellness spa.

5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated with charming vintage pieces that gave the space a unique, historical feel. The staff speaks perfect English, making communication effortless, and they were helpful throughout our visit. A major highlight was the spa, which is absolutely amazing and well worth the time. While the variety of food in the restaurant is a bit limited, everything we ordered tasted incredible. Quality definitely wins over quantity here! Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

Amazing staff and facilities. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone. They even have facilities for kids. They gave our 4 year old his own bathrobe and kids body wash and much more.

The room was beautiful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious, and the spa area downstairs was a fun addition.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff really good food and amazing location. The only thing be aware you cannot get there with a car so you have to park your car at the bottom of the mountain and take the gondola which was a great experience. It was a bit of a panic doll because Google maps said that you cannot get to the hotel.

Everything was amazing. Serena at the front desk was lovely. It was my son’s birthday and they sent up a bottle of champagne, which was amazing. The gym was fantastic and the room was beautiful. Breakfast was a wonderful treat. There’s not one thing I would change about this Hotel stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Newly renovated and opened, this historic hotel is upscale, luxury, and surprisingly affordable. We were a little hesitant since it didn't have lots of reviews yet, but this was the best place we stayed in our 2 weeks traveling through Europe. Great location across the street from the train station in Murren, or a 10-ish minute walk to the tram on the other side of town. The hotel also provides free transportation to the tram if requested. The staff was very professional and accommodating to my requests and the rooms were clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, and had STUNNING balcony views. Wow! Seriously the hardest thing to leave behind. The breakfast was 10/10 with a full buffet of options (hot and cold) plus ability to order omelets and waffles from the kitchen as well. The breakfast was included in the room rate and was fantastic. The hotel had a very nice spa but didn't have a pool or hot tub on site, so they give you a access card to the community center across the street (connected to the hotel via a tunnel). I enjoyed swimming in the lap pool and there was a hot tub indoor and outdoor as well. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every moment. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Staying in Murren is a special experience since the town is up on the cliff and away from the valley. It is easy to leave a car in the parking lot at the tram station if you have a rental car like we did. We'll be back!
