The hotel was very dirty, there were lots of puddles, and the hotel had no towels or soap, the water was off.

1. Something as simple as tissue was not provided due to out of stock. 2. No doormat. 3. The bathroom door couldn't close fully. 4. The shower was slightly damaged. 5. The bathroom was poorly maintained. 6. The TV wouldn't turn on. 7. The pillowcase wasn't clean, with stains that looked like they were old. 8. As soon as I entered the room, the room smelled musty and dusty. 9. The plugs were a bit loose. 10. The lights were dim.

The room was not very clean, the Wi-Fi often disconnected, the AC took a very long time to cool, the bathroom was not very clean, there were no towels and toothbrush facilities even though every hotel usually has them, there were still cigarette burns from the previous occupants and some of the floors were a bit wet, the TV was very dusty, the glass looked dull.

The hotel price is cheap and the facilities are good

One of the female staff members was very unfriendly. The rest were okay.

Got a room with a leak.. the water pressure here is too weak. The TV can't be turned on. The staff didn't give me the wifi password when checking in.

The water in the bathroom was stagnant due to the leaking faucet and the higher drain so the water was stagnant and the room which was supposed to be for 2 people was only given 1 towel, 1 drink, we had complained but still didn't get any.

2 staffs very friendly but theres another one not too friendly enough, less lightning in the room, and the rooms need to be renovate because some have leaky roof. but the service from 2 staffs all very good i love the kakak woman one, she is very cheerful! please keep her, till we meet again!😊

the room smells of cigarettes very strongly, when you check in, the reception is not there.. tv broadcasts on and off because the internet signal is unstable, the power plugs are loose and the position is far from the bed. the only thing that works in this hotel is the heater in the KM..
