Fantastic and comfortable stay with excellent gym! The heated pool, sauna, and steam room were also great!

My room was noisy every evening.

Everyone was great, welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond . We had an early check out and they were nice enough to pack our breakfast to go. Rooms were spotless and big. Highly recommend this hotel.

The moment i walked in i felt safe with security on site 24/7. I had no issue about my safety. The staff was incredible catering to my every need from the host, to the staff at the restaurant and at the bar Patrick making some incredible drinks to the individuals that made sure I always have a clean room. Thank you, i will be back soon

We had some issues with our washroom during our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Pauline who helped us dealing with our washroom problem. She also gave me some great recommendations when I asked for spa service near the hotel.

It was a nice hotel. Clean with all the necessary conveniences. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the bathroom sink didn't work well. And it was a room with no window to see outside.

Staff was great and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There are some restaurants close by that are walkable, but should be cautious. The breakfast buffet is ok and a bit pricey.

The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was bountiful allowing me to try many traditional Kenyan dishes.

Nice property, adjacent small mall few shops and couple restaurants. not walkable at night.

While the cleanliness of the two bedroom apartment we occupied (rm1424) was awful- stains on pillows and sofa, brown water coming out of bath taps, foul odor from one of the bathrooms-I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the spa facilities were.
