The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Bintang. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are very clean. Axon's staff was very helpful, but the receptionist was less than friendly.

There were only two staff at the front desk. The self-check-in instructions I encountered were unfriendly and reluctant to help. This can be a problem for older people who can't use mobile devices, as they have to find the mailbox number, open it with their PIN, then retrieve the key box corresponding to their room number, then unlock it with their PIN again to retrieve the key. This is a problem for older people who aren't tech-savvy. The elevators are stuffy and slow due to the large number of guests; you could pass out after spending half an hour in the elevator.

Strategic location in Bukit Bintang.

First and last time at Axon. Upon check-in, the Wi-Fi and TV were broken, and they wouldn't fix them. The next morning, at 8 a.m., people were knocking on the door while they were sleeping, asking for repairs. Absolutely annoying.

Our stay at Axon was very pleasant. We had a room on the 30th floor. The city view was excellent, with a direct view of the TRX. The view from the pool was also excellent. It's very close to the MRT and Monorail, and just minutes to Pavilion, Sungai Wang, and the Alor culinary center. Due to the high number of visitors, the elevators were often lined up, and the lobby was crowded. But overall, a stay at Axon is highly recommended.
