Great service!!

Hola el mantenimiento en las villas deja mucho que desear para el costo de las habitaciones, nunca pudimos cerrar un cancel desear la puerta y se reportó muchas veces y nunca lo repararon El agua caliente dura nada. Hay perros del pueblo en la propiedad que se llegan a meter a las albercas privadas de cada villa

I cane here for my birthday (1st time visiting Valle de Guadalupe) and it was a true getaway. I would definitely recommend this place, just recommend bringing closed tenis shoes for all the dirt roads.

The place is beautiful. The staff is very slow in restaurants. We didn’t get the night service in the room for 2 consecutive nights even though I requested it. Beautiful property but the service isn’t Banyan Tree standards. Very disappointing compared to other hotels of this chain.

El servicio de alimentos es nuestra única queja, sumamente lento. El personal es muy amable pero poco eficiente tanto en el restaurante como en la cafetería. Los tiempos de espera son muy largos y se interrumpe mucho entre un plato y el otro.

Beautiful hotel. Needs to fix the parking lot and terrible room service.

The rooms are beautiful. The view from our room was absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful and so friendly. Everything was immaculate communication Via WhatsApp was very efficient and responsive with the staff. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the view we had from our breakfast was also great.

We liked the hotel very much indeed. It’s got a great location up on the hill, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My one complaint is that the wine fridge in the room was the wrong temperature. It was much too warm for white wine, but then it also chilled the red wine so that then ended up being at the wrong temperature! Related to this, the larger mini fridge in the room was also much too hot, it hardly chilled the soft drinks. So all in all, it was difficult to get a glass of cold white wine in the room! Anyway, not a big deal and overall I really liked the hotel, and the staff for especially friendly and hospitable. We absolutely love the valle de Guadalupe and thoroughly recommend it. We also much enjoyed Bruma, which we stayed at a couple of nights before, I would check that one out as well if you can.

I have stayed in Banyan tree before This was very different . It didnt %100 meet my expectations. Just had breakfast before check out . Ordered eggs at 9:30 AM and they came at 10:30 am. I booked massages 5 weeks in advance and the practitioner showed up 30 mins late

Amazing place, the whole hotel is amazing, beautiful spots, the rooms are great, very quite, private and very enjoyable. The Staff is very nice, top service!

What isn’t there to love about Banyan Tree Veya?! It’s a stunning property with all the amenities one needs for a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to Esteban, who simply goes above and beyond to ensure guests are well cared for. Another shoutout to Leticia from the spa for a wonderful experience. All dining options are a must, as is the Pictograma and Atalaya experience. This is by far our favorite hotel in VDG and we look forward to our next stay!!

The property and the room were stunning. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. I felt very safe on the property as a solo female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.

Really great venue. Amazing pools. Excellent food and staff. We had a real snafu at check in but the hotel went out if it’s way to make it up to me. I’ll definitely come back.

The most relaxing weekend getaway everything you need on property, coffee shop, restaurants, bar!! Will definitely be visiting again soon!
