Clean room

A small room badly needing an upgrade. Only one cup one glass. Excellent Central position.

Very close to main centre, food and places to eat nearby. Very clean room. Very helpful friendly staff

Reservation was made on hotel.com; upon arrival i asked for upgrade and was sent to the room next to their office. i was grateful for the early check in. the room was adequate with large clean bathroom ( hot water) and superbly fast wifi. the office was noisy though: someone was permanently glued to his phone talking business in Italian and towards the night it almost appeared that they had a party. Street was noisy too. on the second day i was told to move to another room which was dark, groom with poor ventilation. on the check out they worked out the difference by then i noticed that Hotel.com took a large cut, the SGD 81 that i paid for the single room for 2 nights worked out to be worth EUR 40 at their end. i will not stay again.

Many stairs to climb first room smelled of smoke and had a lot of talking to do to get another room. Never saw any staff

This is one cheap hotel that happens to be very close to the Duomo - the heart of Catania - with direct access to the street as well, meaning you don't have to go in, find the lift and go up a couple flights to reception. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. I did quite a bit of printing off my usb at no extra cost. He didn't speak English which was fine as I like to practice my dreadful Italian as much as I can. The room was ok, clean but for some reason had a bad case of tiny ants crawling all over the floor. The mattress was very lumpy but I managed to find a comfy position nevertheless. I would say that was my one criticism. No English channels on the tv so if you are a news junkie you're better off using a strong wifi. As to that, the wifi in the room was not very strong - I had to use it from the reception area.

Très convivial. Une mauvais note pour le petit déjeuner (un café et une viénnoiserie) à prendre dans un bar situé à proximité.

Los duenos son muy amables y solidarios. Me enferme y se ocuparon de mi atencion y de mi de manera constante.. siempre agradecida.

La camera prenotata era piccola ma abbastanza comoda per due persone. Il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato.Nota dolente acqua fredda nella doccia a detta del proprietario causa guasto; abbiamo chiesto se era possibile provvedere a farla riparare ma il proprietario ha scelto di farci soggiornare per la seconda notte in un'altra camera molto confertevole e vista la mancanza di disponibilità nella struttura per la terza notte abbiamo soggiornato in un hotel in Piazza Duomo senza costi aggiuntivi.

La posizione è ottima!!!! Il proprietario è presente solo all arrivo. Non ha una sala per colazioni o pasti. Non accessibile a portatori di handicap perché ha scale strette e nessun ascensore. Pulizia non accurata.

Scelto perché si trova in pieno centro

お手洗いは部屋の中にはなくて共同でしたが、それ以外は清潔で問題点は見当たらなかった。メインのドゥオーモ広場のすぐ裏側なので、どこへ行くにも便利。空港へのバス停も近いですよ。
