Room was dated but beds were very comfortable. Had one of the best sleeps of my trip here! Staff was very nice. Nice restaurant in hotel. Parking lot was a little far so don't forget anything in your car or you'll have a bit of a walk. Hotel was nice and close to all the attactions in Lourdes so walking was easy

We were shocked when we saw the hotel and found the lobby filled to capacity with a busload of travellers. We were expected but only as one room rather than 2. The room which we were allocated was dirty, walls marked and the cupboard in the bedroom was in a delapadated state with the paint peeling. We were ready to leave because we could not stop there. The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot weather. We insisted on a room change and were given another room which was acceptable. Food - although there was a restaurant you could only have a meal if you presented yourself between 7p.m and 7.30p.m and you did not have much choice otherwise you went hungry. Car Parking was some distance away on waste land. This hotel is really for coach parties and anyone else is not really catered for. There are many nice hotels in Lourdes which are rally three star and this one is a hotel expedia should back away from. Rather than stay in this hotel we would sleep in the car.

Very comfortable stay; very helpful, multi-lingual staff; very close to the Sanctuary, restaurants, department stores, and a grocery store.

For a stop over ok, small rooms, poor breakfast but friendly staff:-)

Très bien accueillis, nous avions un problème pour accéder à l'hôtel, la personne de l'accueil nous a très bien guidés, accompagnés au parking. Tout le personnel est charmant. Nous reviendrons.

Ha ido muy bien

La intención en Lourdes era visitar el santuario y está convenientemente cerca y con un parking incluido a un par de cuadras, tiene un elevador en la calle que te baja al nivel del santuario. La atención en front desk fue muy amable y en español, la habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y con un muy buen desayuno y tienda de souvenirs en el hotel.

Meu quarto estava sem manutenção nenhuma, até o teto com marcas de bolor, saímos de uma pandemia poderiam ter melhorado as condições do quarto. Atendimento funcionários simpáticos

Lourdes est une très belle ville, hôtel sympas. Restaurant très moyen plats préparés plus qu'à réchauffer.

Suite à des travaux de rénovation dans cet établissement nous avons été re-dirigés vers l'hötel Acadia appartenant au même propriétaire et y avons rencontré des clients de l'hôtel Florida (depuis plusieurs années) Ces derniers nous ont fait des éloges sur l'hôtel Florida pouvant accueillir des personnes à mobilité réduite. Les notes que j'adresse sont le reflet de ce que nous ont décrit ces clients (personnel accueillant et professionnel, propreté de l'établissement etc). Hôtel à recommander.

le menu est imposé il n'y a pas de possibilite de choisir .je precise quand même la qualité de ce qui nous a été servi c"est le seul point négatif

Super hôtel tout est à proximité avec un super ascenseur des chambres parfaits. Je reviendrais sûrement l'année prochaine dans le même hôtel à refaire.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera grande e pulita. Silenzioso. Siamo stati solo una notte.

Personnel très accueillant, le gros bémol l'insalubrité de la salle de bain surtout des WC de nos jours il y a pas mal de produit pour détartrer malheureusement, ils ne sont pas utilisés dans cet hôtel c'est dommage!
