Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room. Breakfast was ok although fried egg was not cooked properly very snotty. Boiled eggs uncooked today. The woman had bad attitude the way she spoke to guest blunt and rude. Would not stay here again.

It’s a little bit of a walk into the town center, but it was worth staying in a quiet area. Owners were very groans breakfast was great.

Solo traveller for one night and this was absolutely brilliant! Comfy bed, clean room, decent shower, filling breakfast and friendly service. Great location too, about 6mins to the main high street.

One night trip, beautifully maintained building and welcoming hosts. Good breakfast and pre order system worked well. Room had everything I needed and quiet, despite central location. Recommended if in Keswick.

Great welcome from a really friendly couple, the room was extremely clean and the bed was soooo comfy. Breakfast was great, Barry cooked it to perfection. Definately worth another visit in the future and would highly recommend.

Amy and James have been two amazing hosts. They have welcomed us warmly and they made us feel like home. After our first breakfast, they even remembered our choices. We couldnt have enjoyed that holiday more. The hotel is in a very convenient place, close to Llanberis and close to a bus stop.

Well maintained, clean and tidy property within a 5 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minute walk to Derwentwater.
