Super clean room, I received an unexpected upgrade and it really was superb. Kitchen very well fitted out with everything you might need. The location is excellent and the property manager amazing. Quick with replies and I didn’t feel like anything was too much trouble. The bed was so comfy and the pillows are the best I have ever slept on! The cleanliness throughout the property was fabulous. All in all a perfect 10/10 stay. Thank you

Property good location, cleanliness was superficial and could do with a proper clean which is poor when they charge you a cleaning fee on top of your rental.

Great self contained apartment in a super convenient central location near the coach station and cabot circus shopping centre. Easy walk to castle park and river. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle and stovetop plus a small fridge. Washing machine was very handy though a clothes drying rack would be useful too as there is no dryer. There is no lift so upper floors via stairs which may be more difficult for some especially with large luggage. Despite being close to things the apartment was quiet and it was great to be able to open the window for fresh air. Shower has decent pressure and a rain shower or hand held option. Simple self check in instructions were emailed and access was easy. Cleaning fee is paid via a link from the property as there is no-one there. Would definitely stay again

Kitchen clean and well equipped, good condition, modern. Parking was simple to access and secure. Had to call as problem with key box lock code, but was assisted promptly and politely by Louise. 5*

⭐ 1 Star – Best Avoided This was a very disappointing stay and, unfortunately, one I would strongly advise others to avoid. The apartment was located on the third floor with no lift, which was not suitable for my situation. I am currently in Bristol caring for my daughter, who is unwell, and the stairs made the accommodation completely impractical. On arrival, I also found the kitchen area poorly maintained—the fridge and worktops were not clean, which was unacceptable. I raised my concerns immediately and informed the owners that I would not be able to stay due to the stairs. I was told that an alternative first-floor apartment across the road would be arranged. However, this never materialised. Instead, a representative came and, rather dismissively, advised that if I was unhappy, I should simply check out and find somewhere else. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or offer meaningful support. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, unaccommodating, and disappointing, particularly given the circumstances. I would not recommend this property.

Easy check in. Spotless room. Clean, warm, comfortable. Excellent shower and kitchen facilities. For somewhere so close to the city centre, excellent value for money.

Nice place to stay but the shower doesn't get hot at all and the shower rod that holds the shower head is broken. The room itself was very nice though, although the bed is on the small side. Very easy access to different amenities.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and came with everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and helped when the previous occupant hadn’t returned the parking lot fob.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. It was in a good area, just by Cabot Circus shops and restaurants.

We booked this apartment for the Women's World Rugby being held in Bristol. We had paid extra for secure parking. On our arrival the access code would not work, we called the phone number given, only to be told we had the wrong number, the correct number was sent to us, however we were told that person was unavailable, and to leave a message. After approx 20 minutes we got through and we were told you how need a fob to open the car parking gate. After almost an hour faffing around, we finally got our car parked and got into our apartment. The apartment was clean and very nice. Hand soap very nice, towels fluffy and smelt lovely.

A comfortable and well-equipped studio that makes a great base for a stay in Bristol.

Well decorated, clean and comfortable studio apartment in a great location.The kitchen was well equipped with the basics so we were able to cook dinners in when we wanted to. Communication was relatively fast and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and myself and my partner are looking forward to staying again in the future.

We’ve just enjoyed a four night stay in Bristol heavily focused on shows at the Hippodrome. The flat was situated perfectly for easy walking to the venue, across to Cabot Circus and Broad Mead and also for exploring on foot further afield. The accommodation was extremely well furnished and decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the secure parking was excellent. Communications with the company were spot on, their instructions were easy to follow and slight problems were resolved in a very speedy and impressive manner. All in all this was a great trip made even better with superb accommodation.

Great location with a parking privet spot , right next to a big shopping center and 30 minutes walk from the city center . The apartment was big , clean and well equipped and only small backdrow is a sec. Floor with no elevator and tight staircase when with baggages Louise was sweet and very helpful

The communication was very good and timely from the outset. Both Debbie and Louise provided detailed information/instructions about the property. I was given an upgrade which made the stay even more pleasant! I wanted more light and was moved to a larger apartment on the top floor. As the weather has been hotter this meant that the priority was much warmer. There was a balcony to relax on and they provided fans. The area is close enough to restaurants/bars/cafes and feels secure. A fantastic experience!
