Good property and helpful staff made stay great. Breakfast was fantastic. Only thing I felt was lacking was drinking water bottle in room should be provided. Apart from this it absolute pleasure staying there.

Perfect hotel. Enjoyed my stay Just couldn’t connect my phone to the tv but all in all the service was great 10stars

I checked in at 8pm and my room was not ready, bed sheets in a pile dirty on the bed and room dirty I then requested an invoice and they sent me a completely empty one!

Not required. Checking was excellent.staff had good customer services and sense of humor. Everything was really good. But room had dust behind funitures. Phone unplug from the wall Tv was not connecting but technique support was excellent

The hotel was located near the railway station. Shops were nearby, and the staff responded to all our inquiries . We were pleased with this hotel.

Quick and easy check in with staff, the reception area, lifts, rooms were all clean and modern. The air con was much appreciated in 33 degree heatwave. Great that the room had extras such as a fridge / ironing board / alarm clock, really nice touches. Bathroom was modern and clean with a great shower, shampoo / conditioner & shower gel all available which was great. Tea & Coffee etc as you'd expect also. Excellent stay was really impressed for the price we paid. Will definitely use again!

Enjoyed our stay here, it’s a good base close to the train station but was very quiet. The room was comfortable with a nice firm bed and the air con was appreciated in this heat wave. We had one breakfast which was good, plenty of choice and everything we had was of great quality. Only negative was the bathroom light is on a sensor and is very very bright if you need to use the bathroom in the night.

We had a great time. Everything was perfect, staff are so friendly, room shiny, air conditioning working great, lovely free breakfast. We went and return for festival by bus which pick up queue was outside of the hotel. We will be back definitely to Hyatt Place Hotel for another festival. I recommend this hotel 10/10.

Very stylish, clean, modern hotel in the city centre
