The common area was clean as was the linen. Staff was non existent did not realise was a self service accomodation. Parking was there but I did not need it. The room carpet could do with shampoo and the cupboard with dusting . The bathroom fixture though looked new could do with upgrade.. .

Terrible hotel, the blinds do not cover the windows so let light in. Buzzer going off constantly at 4am. Noisy guests and no staff on hand. Would not stay again

Wet towels, unresponsive TV, poor staff attitude.

My room was lovely. However, I could have done without all the banging at three in the morning.

What i didn't like about like about yhe property was lack of parking spaces when i got back from work due to delivery driver's waiting for there pick ups from the burger shop

Excellent place to stay when in Blackburn

Smooth check in. Friendly helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Offered to help with my bags. Lovely room, excellent location, lovely shower.

Good quality accomodation, friendly reception, with easy access to city centre and roads out of the city.
