On arrival it was evident that the room had not been cleaned with dirty towels left on the shower floor. Upon complaint I was given another room this room was satisfactory. Staff were helpful and courteous I did nit eat in the establishment Parking was adequate.

I stayed here for a party and booked a room. The staff are helpful and friendly... the only downside is I couldn't find the remote, so I should have asked! But a lovely stay all in all! X

The staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was very nice and clean, parking on site was a bonus, tried the breakfast off there menu which was excellent value for money, would stay there again

I had to leave because the noise was unbearable. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 in the end due to the noise. We book a hotel to try and sleep in and relax. However the music from the bar was so loud. The music went on till midnight, then started again at 7am and went on the whole next day, louder at night. I had the TV on loud, and could still not hear it because of the bass/music coming from the bar. Plus the banging from the corridor of doors, especially from the cleaners early on. Then walking out to the car park where everyone is smoking illegal substances. Did not feel comfortable or relaxed the whole time. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was excellent value and good portions, off road parking but fills with customers to the club especially on an evening. No food or drink allowed in rooms which was disappointing as you have to go down to a very busy bar to get refreshments and isn’t ideal if your chilled in your room after a long day out and you just want to relax watching TV with a nice cup of coffee, but that isn’t possible as no kettle is provided in your room. Apart from that our stay was excellent, really nice staff and very clean room.

Great value stay

Room was clean and tidy, but unfortunately there wasn’t any tea or coffee making facilities which was very disappointing, also there wasn’t any lecture about breakfast, time of vacating the room etc

I hate to leave bad reviews so I will try to keep it opinion neutral and write the facts: - I should have realized but on a Saturday night they have very loud music on past 10pm. It seemed to be a club night. - the first room I was given a key to had not been cleaned. - if you are unlucky enough to have rooms 1 or 2 (ground floor rooms) the music was loud enough to hear from the rooms and patrons of the bar are able to walk past the rooms as an exit. - the second room I had was much quieter (upstairs this time) and was clean and covered the basics. - no kettle is provided. - the new room had a locked door that was clearly the back of nextdoors bathroom. While it is not the fault of the establishment that the neighbors were very loud and making noise well beyond 00:00, the sound proofing could have been better and I found myself having to put a towel against the door cracks to minimize the light leaking through. - Upon checkout at 08:00 I spent 15 minutes trying to find someone to drop a key off too as both the accommodation side and the main doors were locked. I tried calling the establishments phone number to ask about it but there was no answer. I only managed to give the key back to the lady who was cleaning and spotted me waiting at the door. Credit to her - she was very pleasant and took the key off me. - the room was nice and modern and the second one I had was clean and had a hot shower.

Perhaps replace the small electric heater in the room. The room was really cold even though the small electric heater was on the highest temperature. Not charge £5 for 2x teabags/2 x small tube of milk when i asked in the morning for replacements.

spotless room, easy check-in and check-out

Purely functional - not even a picture on the wall. BUT the room is clean and spacious with plenty of storage. A good, decent-sized shower, comfy bed, kettle and telly. The pub downstairs does a good breakfast from 8am. For the price, there can be no complaints. I've paid much more to stay in rooms I could barely turn round in.

Clean and comfortable

Staff very helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The food served from the menu until 8pm was excellent. The only option for breakfast was a typical fry up. Not my taste.the could do porridge. Pastries only take a few minutes in an air fryer. Even toasted teacake

Lovely clean room and staff were very welcoming and helpful

Room was generally fine. Bed was very soft but I slept well. Two issues were: 1. There was a general weird smell in the room and corridors, as if there was a blocked drain somewhere. Leaving the extractor fan on improved things quite a lot. 2. The bathroom was absolutely freezing. The floor was ice cold and could only bear standing on it by using a towel. For the money it was ok tho.

Have,nt tried the breakfast.Parking fine

Door leading out to the car park slammed shut could do with a slow close putting on it also not very secure as it has a big gap at the bottom and could easily be pulled open
