The Regency is a beautiful block of historic properties, great location, perfectly updated and comfortable. We had several questions that were immediately addressed by staff and cleaning crew.

Place was clean, but the floors have a residue that makes any thing that touches it black. Room was way to Brite, black outs did not work well. Great location and communication was very good. I informed them that is was to hot and the next morning they brought a fan. The place was well equipped. The area rug by the couch was a trip hazzard. This may seem like a bad review but it is not. I would rent this place again just pointing out things that needs to be improved on

Loved our stay. Perfect spot right outside the hustle and bustle but easy to get to anything you want to do in London.

This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location

Very close to Pimlico underground, easy walking distance from Victoria coach station. The property was immaculate and the amenities are all there microwave, washing machine, kettle etc. Superb value.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful inside with lots of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and laundry were priceless and the location to the train station was about 15 min. The property managers were excellent. Would recommend this for any traveler to London!

Fantastic location to stay. Great access tomlical shops and very comfortable studio with everything you need. Very clean and i felt at home while away for work!

Everything was good, location, staff response etc. The only things I’d say was a bit off was that the television was outside instead of the room but apart from that everything was great.

I booked a superior room, but upon arrival it became immediately clear that I had been placed in a basement room instead. The room was outside the main building, difficult to find, and not at all what I had paid for. Although the room itself was comfortable, it was very cold, and there were issues such as condensation on the walls, visible mold, and dust-covered glasses. The overall cleanliness and condition were far below expectations. The hotel’s website states that luggage storage is available, yet when I asked, I was told there was no storage in the building. Instead, I was advised to leave my bag at a nearby off-license and pay for it — completely inconsistent with what is advertised online. The staff were also not very friendly, apart from the woman on the phone she tried to be helpful, even tho I had to call 4 times for door instructions and when I politely requested a simple 30-minute late checkout, they refused, even after I had already been flexible about being moved to a different room type. Overall, a misleading and disappointing experience that did not match the price I paid.

Kitchen very equipped, location is good, a lot of water leaking and unfortunately some black mold is there on the kitchen corners.

2 concerns -mold on top of the windows and ceiling of windows, this has no ventilation so no where for moisture to go Bed is not a standard king - if you need a king Very bright at night light in front of bed can not be turned off The unit is spotless so I wasn’t sure how to note the mold situation in cleanliness Communicated all items to owner Communication is super strong but they have only said they appreciated the feedback We are very easy going, other clients would have been upset

I stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on the ground floor, and it was perfect! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was wonderful — just a 15-minute walk to Big Ben. The check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow, and communication was excellent. It was so simple to send a message and get a quick, helpful response every time. I really recommend this place for anyone visiting London!

The apartment was in the basement with fairly steep stairs and no lift. Lot of comfortable clean space to stretch out in. BUT as a light sleeper the noise was an issue, customer service didn't feel hospitable and policies are down right tourist unfriendly. There was a lot of traffic and pedestrian noise from the street that was compounded by the lack of insulation and single pane glass. The request for an early check in was robotically denied even though the room was ready. Never mind an early check in you will NOT be able to access the building with the code given to you until 3pm. They don't care if it is pouring rain as it was when we arrived at 2:50 PM, you can't access the building. At night the the temperature dropped down to 40F but the radiators didn't come on. The reply to my whatapp message was generic link to a Nest thermostat which this apartment didn't have. A 2nd message result to instruction on adjusting the radiators which also didn't match the radiator we had. The worse part was the interaction after water started pouring down from a smoke alarm in the kitchen. We where told they will not send anyone out after hours. CS asked us to use bath towels to dry the aera when we complained it was a slip hazard and promised fresh towels first thing the next morning. When no one came with towels the next day. None came and I ended up drying off with paper towels after showering because we need to catch a flight. The water could have been a bio harzard but ...

Great location and extremely clean. Only negative comments I have is that this was in the basement which was a surprise to me and there was a unbelievably bright light outside the stairwell that made it look like daytime even at 3:00 am in the morning. My advice to owner is to put this on a motion sensor or timer. As I said this was a very very nice little flat in London and was very very clean. Walking distance to many sights as well as Pimlico tube station and would recommend it to others.

Super noisy due to renovation in building starting at 6;30am- beware! Painters masking tape still in walls and the door sills are all chipped. Shower is tiny. There are mouse/ roach traps in the hallways so clearly there is an issue . Beds are uncomfortable. Shower in the entry overflows and the door doesn’t stay closed. If you are tall then the shower in the master won’t fit you. The only redeeming thing is the location but the street is a cut through and has quite a bit of car noise.
