Everything was fine, but there were a few maintenence issues that need tending to. Rain shower head went everywhere needs replacing. Limescale all round the bathtub floor No fridge or water supplied No air-conditioning, it was hot as the room is at the top of the hotel Fantastic for central lincoln

Location quiet and convenient to old Lincoln. Staff friendly. Bar and public lounge available. Large carpark costs£10 overnight. Continental breakfast could be better. Good coffee shop and restaurant opposite.

Lovely hotel, very clean, good facilities and very friendly helpful staff. Will definitely stay again. Easy parking and convenient for walk to castle and cathedral.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, the 2 bedroom apartment was really lovely and excavate for money. Breakfast was wonderful, unfortunately it was quite noisy from outside (a Friday night) but the hotel was so nice I’d stay again regardless

Very good size bedroom with separate lounge and bathroom. Our room was opposite the pub so was very noisy until at least 1am. Ask for a room facing the other way We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping not great, toilet not cleaned !!! We understand the hotel has been taken over, it needs money to be spent on it. Its in a great position for the castle and cathedral but its very tired

The hotel is beautiful and decorated fantastically! All staff are extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating, which makes guests feel truly welcomed. Rooms are stunning and include a little tea-and-snack station, which I adored. The breakfast room was stunning, and the selection was fantastic: pastries, toast, bagels, cereals, fruits, snack bars, and my favourite, a yoghurt parfait. Will definitely be staying again!

Sofisticated elegant clean and very comfortable. Beautiful rooms with extra lounge rooms with second TV. Lovely showers. Breakfast was simple but fresh well presented and clean. Bars comfy and reasonable prices. Lovely outdoor area with a Stokes Tea room selling lovely food. Amazing Tapas restaurant opposite and a nice pub too. Location is perfect for cathedral and castle especially useful for university graduations. Easy walk to Steep Hill cute shops and the big shopping area. Also there is a little "secret garden" in the grounds which is beautiful and a great place to sit and relax. We loved our stay, it was our second visit and would be our first choice for future trips.

The place, location and room were lovely - however the property does not have parking facilities!! And this was why I booked it. Due to an event I couldn’t buy the required ticket and now had to argue a ticket after staying g up and waiting for the parking to activate again. The parking arrangement should be made much clearer

Great overnight stay in a Superior Suite. Tastefully Decorated. Nice ensuite bathroom with lovely large shower. Bedroom has a Comfortable bed, which was very high up if you're not that tall :) & a tv. Separate room with Leather settee & a tv. Good space for a Couple. Clean through out. Continental Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. Staff very nice & pleasant. Location Excellent with a carpark on its doorstep. Highly recommend. We would definitely return again.

The room was clean but cold - I think the heating should have been on prior to arrival. It was disappointing that the hotel did not offer a deal or free parking with the surrounding car park.
