Cleanliness was appalling and the whole property smelt awful. Staff were really friendly and the location was ideal for getting the tube to wembley.

Get what you paid for. Too outdated and not clean enough for me . Room smell and it was hard to breath.

Clean & comfortable bed. Clean towells. Handbasin & fridge in the room. Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen. For the price I paid, it was ok.

the hotel was horrible and the service nonexistent. the plaudits on the web site must be false. will never stay there again. NO PLUGS IN THE SINKS AND THE CARPET NEEDED HOOVERING AND THERE WAS A LOAD OF RUBBISH BEHIND THE FRIDGE

The carpet was dirty and although it was hot they still had the heating on, and it was so noisy even with the widows closed

No phon no good service and the bathroom outside the room

For the price, it was perfect, but the toilets were not working properly. Almost anytime we intended to go, we had to move around to find clean, working, and conditioned toilets. The bathrooms were also not well maintained, and the only one washing machine among many was in working condition.

Great for location and general comfort but window was broken, bed was broken which was only noticed when checking out so overall didn’t affect the nights sleep and was really warm with no way of turning the heater off

I have never been in a hotel that was so bad that I had to leave within an hour. Just absolutely diabolical in every way. The happiest part of my experience was booking an uber away from this hotel. I do not know how this hotel can possibly charge this amount of money for such a horrible room.

Really friendly, great price and car parking, so convenient for tube and local South Indian food and great almost adjacent cafe for breakfast

The hotel was cheap so i wasn't expecting 5*, it was clean but shabby. My room net curtain was ripped. Broken furniture etc, Its right by a train line and literally every 5 minutes the trains go by, they are loud and shake the room deep into the night. The staff member who checked me out in the morning, an older gentleman was super nice.

Excellent stay and value, pleasant and helpful staff, we will stay at the hotel again.

The mattress had human faeces stains on it. The window did not lock. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the corridor; which was there when we arrived on Wednesday afternoon and was still there when we left on Thursday morning.
