Very good hotel and location. Parking is secure. Hotel rooms are clean. Temp in the room was 16 Deg C and the thermostat did not work. The bath is nice but the water seeps below the shoeer glass all across the bath. The door security chain lock is installed incorrectly. When you open the door, the chain comes off. Basic maintenance i s lacking.

The location of the property is very nice. It is a little old and dated. The carpet inside the room needs to be replaced, the couch is so low and dirty. The staff were very nice and helpful and very polite. The parking was a little complicated.

Clean rooms, quiet, great staff, quick check-in, The only negative is the TV channels only 10 channels. Great movie list but I have seen them all twice.

Property is centrally located , good customer service, we had 2 rooms but we we did not get any room service for 3 days, otherwise all fine .

We were purposely rented a room that had drainage problems and smelt of rotten eggs (706 & 708) all the hotel staff including the manager was aware of it and their excuse was they know there was an issue but the previous guest did not say anything.The manager confirmed that these 2 rooms have drainage problems but they still rented to us . It ruined our holiday my kids got sick , we could not figure out where the smell was coming from , after a long flight and being part of a wedding party we basically went to the hotel room just to sleep . My husband had to spray cologne at night to kill smell so we could sleep. .My family has still. not recovered from the bad odour .

One stop shop with a kitchenette, gym, laundry facilities. Very safe in a secure building and 24 hour reception - an ideal place for business stay overs in the heart of town neat supermarkets, food outlets on level 2 and 5 mins down the road. Staff are polite, friendly, very well trained - accessible and very safe on site car park. Nothing to fault at all - our handy / favourite place to stay when visiting Suva

The staff is amazing:Checkin was very easy and fast, in comparission to aother locations I have visited in Suva Fiji. I would like to take the time to commend the below staff memebers: Rokuma, Unise, Raneel and Housekeeping. Excellent job by all!

I love most of the stuff they have except the two beds in the room was too small pls at least get 2 queen beds the beds provided was like kids bed for an adult i wasnt comfortable at all

i stayed 3 nights, I can see they came in to my room but didn’t clean up or tidy up bed at all. Not sure what they came in for . Because I can see some items were moved . Feeling not safe at all. Also the room I stayed, the neighbors were very noisy. They watch TV at 12am and banged the doors at mid nights .

Room is very clean and tidy, friendly staff, air conditioning is fantastic and the area is close to shopping centre.

Great location, MH grocery store was across the street. Rooms were clean and modern, having laundry facilities was a bonus! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Room was very clean and staff were great. Only problem was the foyer and lifts. The floor was very rundown and dirty. The lifts were dirty also. But I will stay there again because it’s right in town and very convenient and there’s 24 hour security.
