Strategic hotel near the city with prices that are still pocket-friendly.

We unfortunately got the window-less room and there was no option to change room as the hotel was fully booked during that particular weekend due to a trail running event nearby. Nevertheless, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the toilet was clean, breakfast was okay, and the staff were courteous, so no complaints there.

It seems the pillowcase hasn't been replaced yet. Please be more careful in the future.

The hotel is quite good, with clean rooms and a strategic location. Parking is a bit far, though, and requires valet parking.

Everything is good, rooms, toilets, swimming pool.

Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by the calming scent of essential oils. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious and always well-stocked. Drinking water was also freely refillable on each floor in the corridor. Most importantly, the hotel is very child-friendly, with a playground, swimming pool, and cute children's floats. The rooms were also very clean. The hotel's strategic location in the city center is also perfect for a night out. Perhaps they could add fragrances/essential oils to the corridors on each floor to make them smell nice.

The gallon of drinking water in the hallway of the room ran out and wasn't replaced last night. Someone should have checked it regularly.

The room wasn't soundproof. They were chatting in the next room, and it was very audible from our room, as if there wasn't a wall or door. The sounds were clear, making it uncomfortable to rest, even though it was 11 PM.

Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of culinary options. The staff are all friendly and top-notch.

The hotel was okay, and the location was pretty good. There was a rooftop cafe with amazing views. The only downside was that the room didn't have a window. The air circulation in the room wasn't very good, so it still felt damp.

The air conditioner wasn't really working, but because I was so tired and had arrived in the middle of the night, I didn't complain to the staff.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from security, receptionists, technicians, FNB, and the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, although with standard variations, but the taste was not inferior to premium hotels. The facilities are quite complete for a hotel with an affordable price. I especially liked the heated swimming pool, which added value. All facilities are still well maintained, considering it is a new hotel. However, some facilities are starting to look dirty and unsuitable, such as the beanbags in the swimming pool that are starting to grow moldy and the cleanliness of the water jugs in each room that appear to have traces of limescale. Overall, it's good, worth it and recommended for a cheap staycation or just a little escape with the family.
