There are flies everywhere in the kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioning is on a timer, so in the middle of the night you end up overheating — especially if you like sleeping under blankets. For some reason, they think it’s fine to turn off the AC in guest rooms, yet the lobby AC stays on for them 24/7. How rude and inconsiderate — it feels like they care only about their own comfort, not their guests’. Who puts air conditioning on a timer in a hot country like Laos? On top of that, the kitchen is filthy. They keep the garage door open while people are cooking, which explains why there are flies everywhere. The breakfast is just as bad — cold, poorly prepared, and far from appetizing. To make matters worse, there are cameras covering every angle of the property, leaving guests with no sense of privacy. There’s even one facing the alley and nearby homes, which feels invasive and strange.

Les chambres sont sympas mais c’est tout. Les douches n’étaient pas très propre et il n’y avait aucun gel douche ou shampoing. Pas de pression non plus et certaines douche le « ciel de pluie » ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de serviette de toilette non plus. À plusieurs reprises les toilettes étaient très sales et sans papiers. La wifi fonctionnait bien par contre et le petit déjeuner, serte offert, était juste un œuf un morceau de pain et 2/3 patates. Le personnel était ni agréable ni désagréable, et l’emplacement est assez proche de tout. Mais dans l’ensemble je ne recommande pas vraiment
