Good location

Poor customer service and highly inconvenient parking regulations. The staff were quite unprofessional and unhelpful. Additionally, the hotel has zero on-site parking. They do not even allow vehicles near the building during the day for quick drop-offs or pick-ups, making arriving and departing with luggage an incredibly frustrating experience.

Heater did not work

No cold water and the surrounding place is noisy. No place to park any vehicle.
