Every thing was good, but I got four small pieces of ice inside of cup at resturant, when I wanted to check out there manager charged me €2 for ice. This behaver is not acceptable for a professional behaver’s manager. So disappointed subject….

Very nice and clean , like the room close to the train

The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was ok, could have done with more fruit options.The location was very ideal, not far from the train station. The staff were very helpful especially Rafa. However, it was let down by lack of access key to our room throughout our stay there due to IT issues.

This hotel is excellent in every way. It seems to be a new hotel. Beds are so comfortable.

Fabulous Hotel..with parking..too late for Dinner sadly. Breakfast was good. The room was great..spacious clean throughout. Highly recommended.

Nice place but it has mosquitos

Great stay. Hotel is new and in a great location close to metro which, along with free parking, made for easy access to Valencia. Rafael at the desk was immensely helpful and knowledgeable resulting in us having an amazing meal on the beach as well as some other experiences which were “off the beaten path” and which made our overall experience fantastic. Attached is a photo we wouldn’t have had without his information.

This is a lovely hotel. There was some construction still ongoing but other than that, it is really nice and very close to a metro station. The staff were very nice and professional too. I’ll certainly stay at this hotel again.

Nice new hotel with big beautiful rooms. But it's not finished. They keep building it, and lots of construction around. AC 2/5, cloud not make it work properly

My dinner (menu del dia) was very nice and good value for money. The breakfast buffet is a bit boring, but ok - except for the eggs/bacon, that you should avoid. The eggs are too far from real eggs and the bacon may not even be bacon.

Tengo que justificar los gastos con mi empresa. Por más que he insistido, no me han facilitado ticket ni factura de los desayunos de dos personas dos días.

Lhotel est très bien, très récent et confortable. Nous avons eu un problème de chauffage dans la chambre et nous avons pu dormir au frais dans une autre chambre proposée par la réception.

Muy bueno todo el servisio y tambien los recepcionista,las chicas del bar con una atencion unica muy bien me encanto este hotel.
