Super clean , good location and staff super friendly!

Beautifully restored building with care in every single detail. It is clear that a tremendous amount of thought and respect went into preserving its character while ensuring a comfortable stay. A truly wonderful experience!

I can't stress how amazing it was to stay at Casa Loreto. The hotel was very beautiful and the historical colonial charm really stood out, looking exactly like the pictures. Rooms were very clean and onsite parking was easy. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was very delicious and the chef was extremely knowledgeable about Mexican regional cuisine. The restaurant staff were also super helpful and accommodating. All in all, staying at the hotel felt like a getaway in the city. There were moments when lounging at the pool by yourself made you feel like you were the owner of a beautiful hacienda. The hotel is also within walking distance to two major parks one of which has a free zoo in it. It is also walking distance to Mercado Santiago with delicious food and authentic local ingredients. Centro is also about a 25-30 min walk from the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making sure our stay was so memorable.

Room was lovely but boiling hot the first night (29 degrees), be the morning and after that it was fine. Bed super comfy. Pool area nice but pool hot like a bath. Reception staff great, would not recommend the restaurant. My husband found a long hair in his breakfast and gave it to the waiter who then assumed he would keep eating it and tried to charge us for it.

The place is very nice quiet and clean close to downtown but not walking distance, the staff are very friendly and welcoming

This boutique hotel checks all the boxes….beautiful, comfortable, great amenities, attentive staff, yummy restaurant and more! I stayed here with my family and we enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend.

The best!

This was just the type of place we needed. I will say that we just used the hotel to sleep as we spent all of our days exploring the area. The room was well kept, cool and the shower was really nice! If you book this hotel, make sure to ask for tours from Rafael, who is a local. His services were great!

Staff is friendly, property is clean. About 10 free car parking spots are available in the hotel premises. Food at the hotel restaurant is good but pricey as compared to another hotel restaurant. They sell beer at 80 Peso while gas station was selling at 26 Peso. I understand the reason for higher pricing but it is very high and the menu is limited. Air conditioning was working fine without any issues.

Casa Loreto is a beautifully renovated old hacienda, elegant, sophisticated and timeless. We stay six days and enjoyed the pool, and steam bath. Our room had a patio with a hot tub. The hotel is located about a 25 minutes walk from the Main Plaza and Montejo Avenue. One complaint is their restaurant, it is not good and not recommended.

Beautiful hotel

This stay was the highlight of our stay in the Merida area! We truly enjoyed all aspects of our stay.

I don’t often write reviews, but I loved this hotel so much, I had to. It is gorgeous-modern and well-designed, while maintaining the historic charm. The room was huge. Everything was luxurious. The people were kind and very helpful. The food was Devine.
