The person who was supposed to meet us and met us in to the apartment lost their key. We have to wait for about 30-45 mins. No sleep, long flight and was asked to wait. When we got in, the room we book wasnt the one i booked. We were given a bunk bed. There were roaches in the property — bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.

The check-in and check-out process is not the best as there is no front desk. Yu also have to leave a deposit for the room via a link so that the property can have your card information. The communication with the staff was confusing with diferent people contacting. And the staff does not speak english. In the morning, before check-out, I also had a worker coming into my room to do some fixing. Otherwise the room, kitchen and bathroom were clean

Rooms Calabria offers excellent value for money. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. It's a good location, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go, and communication from the host was clear throughout. My one downside was the fee for a late check-in, my flight was delayed so it wasn't within my control, however I do understand that this is a blanket policy and the host's time deserves respect!

Magda nos recibió y fue muy amable. La cocina era muy completa y la habitación era con balcón. Hermosa vista. A una cuadra del metro, lavandería y un Mercadona. Un día nos olvidamos las llaves y vino enseguida a abrirnos la puerta. Lo recomiendo!

The hosts begged constantly for 10euro charge for A/C, which wasn't clear at the time of booking. At some point, the toilet paper and paper towels ran out, and the hosts were nowhere to be found. We had to go and buy our own.

It was very nice having a full kitchen to use. It was also very easy to get everywhere from this property.

Excelente limpieza y ubicación. Nunca tuvimos TV no funcionaban los canales, nadie reviso este detalle previo a la llegada nos perdimos el partido del Barça :( Trato muy frío por parte de las chicas extranjeras que entregan el apartamento a la llegada y salida.

La camera è ampia e pulitissima, il letto comodo ed il bagno interno impermeabile. La cucina in comune è dotata di tutto l'occorrente e la zona circostanze morto tranquilla tranquilla e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici., è possibile trovare nelle vicinanze un supermercato e don bar caffè dove servono un caffè buonissimo. Per concludere anche la comunicazione con Lost è stata rapida e veloce.

L'accueil plus froid est à revoir; Les notifications le matin même (caution 100€) et celles concernant le supplément en cas d'arrivée après 20h sont très limite. Les murs en papier de cigarette permettent d'apprécier les programmes TV du voisin sachant que les piles de la télécommande de notre chambre étaient mortes. L'endroit est bien situé et la chambre+ SdB étaient très propres

L'emplacement est agréable, bien situé. La propreté de la salle de bain plutôt très médiocre : poil dans la douche, cheveux présents dans la salle de bain, dans la douche, très moyen donc… Confort de la literie idem ça va pas : matelas en "U" car pas bonne qualité et sûrement vieux… Réveil avec mal de dos. Propreté de la chambre OK. Portes qui claquent et qui grincent dans l'appartement
